About this independent planning website.
Who operates this website
PDX Floor Coatings is an independent floor coating planning website operated by Hansan Investments LLC. It helps homeowners understand coating options, create a project brief, and submit a request for manual review. It is not an installing contractor, a contractor licensing authority, or a manufacturer.
What the images and numbers mean
The gallery uses original AI-generated inspiration images. They are not completed local jobs, customer testimonials, exact product samples, or evidence of installation experience. Calculator figures are editorial planning allowances, not measured market averages, binding quotes, or offers from a contractor.
How project requests are handled
Requests are saved for manual review. Submitting details does not assign a contractor or guarantee availability, response time, price, or installation. Any contractor introduction or sharing of your contact details will be confirmed with you first. This website does not collect installation payments.
Editorial approach
Our guides focus on questions homeowners can use when comparing systems and proposals. Product requirements vary. Confirm the actual coating specification and current manufacturer guidance with an appropriately qualified installer. We do not claim reviews, licenses, offices, partnerships, or completed projects that have not been established.
