Plan the parking. Keep the finish.
Clear return-to-use instructions and routine care belong in the original project scope.

Get separate return-to-use times
Ask for written times for walking, light storage, heavy equipment, and vehicle traffic. The product, installed thickness, temperature, humidity, and other conditions influence those milestones. Confirm the schedule with the installer before moving belongings back.
Use the installed product’s care guidance
Keep abrasive grit under control and use cleaners compatible with the coating. Ask which products, pads, or equipment should be avoided. Discuss oil, chemicals, and spills related to the way you use the garage.
Protect high-load contact points
Ask about protective pads under heavy equipment and the appropriate treatment for rolling storage, vehicle jacks, or exercise equipment. Do not assume a decorative coating will prevent damage from every impact or load.
Keep a useful maintenance record
Save the coating products, installation date, warranty, and care instructions. If you notice peeling, unusual wear, or movement, document it and contact the installer. Avoid applying a different coating or repair product without checking compatibility.
